Bryan Johns
Executive General Manager, Morris and Associates

Bryan Johns joined Morris and Associates as the Executive General Manager in 2007 where he has helped to instill lean practices and control costs.  Morris and Associates is a leading industrial refrigeration and manufacturing company based in Garner NC.  Before joining Morris Bryan spent 15 years with Emerson Electric in a series of positions with increasing responsibilities.  While with Emerson Bryan had roles in Engineering, Operations, Finance and Sales.   

Bryan has an MBA from Indiana University emphasizing in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.  His undergrad is Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science.  Bryan has roots in Montana and Chicago.  His last two relocations with Emerson were in Indiana and then to North Carolina where he has lived since 2003.

Bryan has helped many start ups in both consultant and ownership roles juggling tenuous cash flow, growth and management issues.  Bryan’s wide exposure in a large conglomerate and base of knowledge developed in a smaller ESOP company help bring an outsider end consumer’s point of view to our board and insure that our company is fiscally grounded.
